We do use subcontractors for other things like back splashes, plumbing and electric work if needed.

High Quality Products

When we decided to start cabinet refacing we researched options for more than 6 months and visited several facilities where refacing products are made. We chose Cabinet Cures as our supplier because the offer a very high quality product and provide outstanding support.

We visited the factory where the doors are made as well as their finishing rooms and both are state of the art facilities. Many companies save money by using lower quality woods and installing lower quality hinges and slides, knowing that you won’t notice any issues for several years. No Veneers

Some refacing companies choose to use thin veneers that are glued on with contact cement or other pressure sensitive adhesive. In our experience veneers have a habit of peeling after a few years and do not hold up well to constant use. Instead we use 1/4 plywood panels that are hand finished at the same time as your doors and drawers. These panels are installed with carpenters glue and pin nails. These panels are durable and long lasting.

No Up-charges

What many companies consider extra’s and up-charge for comes standard with our refacing system. Things like crown molding, light rail molding, hand rubbed glazes and soft close hinges are included in our standard refacing cost.
